In an e-mail of 2 July 2020, the Chamber of Representative’s Committee for Economy, Consumer protection and Digital Agenda asked the BIPT for its opinion on the legislative proposal (DOC 55 1033/001) lodged by Mr Freilich, amending the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications as regards the portability of e-mail addresses.
In an e-mail of 3 July 2020, an additional request was made in order to include the amendments by miss Leen Dierick (DOC 55 1033/002) in the request for an opinion as well.
