Starting from this year, certain postal operators providing cross-border parcel delivery services have to comply with the obligations set in the new EU Regulation.
That Regulation aims to foster intra-European e-commerce and to make the postal market more transparent.
Postal operators should have registered with BIPT and have submitted their public lists of tariffs by the end of January.
