BIPT publishes the results of the annual inquiry carried out by the UCL (Université catholique de Louvain) about the users’ perception of the Belgian electronic communications market.
The results show in particular that only one in two users has the feeling of being well informed about his rights.
Then again, the number of users saying they have switched operators, has slightly risen.
