The use of certain telecommunications services has been evolving rather quickly these last couple of years, as shown by BIPT’s consumer survey.
For instance the use of mobile Internet and applications allowing to send messages through the Internet has increased strongly.
Users are moderately satisfied with the service and rates offered for the different telecom services.
