NV Telenet Tecteo BidCo which acquired a fourth 3G licence in 2011, failed to launch a commercial service on 15 January 2013.
As a result BidCo deprives possible other interested parties from high-quality frequencies.
As already announced by BIPT, a fine is imposed on the company which has 6 months to put an end to the infringement. Additional sanctions could follow.
