The BIPT Council is holding a public consultation about a draft decision which has been established to replace the Decision of the BIPT Council of 1 April 2014 laying down the circumstances in which the operators have to notify BIPT of a security incident and the terms and conditions of this notification. The draft decision specifies which security incidents have to be reported as well as the practical manner in which to report them.
