Translation of the BIPT Council Decision of 26 October 2017 regarding the imposition of a deadline upon Telenet bvba in order to put an end to the violation of Article 13/1 of the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications

BIPT observes that Telenet violates the legislation as certain Wi-Fi modems have a radiated power that is too high and imposes a deadline upon Telenet to put an end to that violation. This version of the decision is the full version, which in consultation with Telenet replaces the version published on 20 December 2017, in which certain elements have been removed at the request of Telenet.
