The contract consists of measuring the radio coverage of the Belgian railways by the four mobile network operators and Infrabel.
The provider shall supply the data to the BIPT. The BIPT becomes the owner of the measured data.
The aim is also to publish the data on the BIPT website in order to inform the public about the coverage on the trains.
