Decision of 29 March 2019 on the extension of the user rights granted to Citymesh in the 3.5 GHz frequency band for the provision of electronic communications services on the Belgian territory

Citymesh asked BIPT to add the municipalities of Beveren and Zelzate to the current licence. The addition of Beveren and Zelzate to the list of municipalities falling under the existing user rights does not in any way limit the possibilities for another potential candidate and can therefore be accepted without a new allocation procedure.
