With this decision user rights are granted to four operators in the entire Belgian exclusive economic zone in the North Sea (Citymesh, Isea, eBO-Enterprises and Tampnet). These user rights will among other purposes serve for the support of maintenance teams on the wind farms, for emergency and safety services and for commercial connections with seagoing vessels.
