In accordance with postal regulation BIPT audits the internal and external monitoring systems used to measure the delivery times for services included in the small users basket.
The conclusion of the audit is that for certain aspects the bpost processes do not fully comply with the requirements set in the European standards.
For each of the findings BIPT has asked bpost to draw up in the short term an action plan to take corrective measures.
BIPT will monitor bpost’s action plan regarding the audit findings and if necessary contract out a follow-up audit to supervise the correct implementation of the action plan.
