This consultation at the request of the Minister of Postal Services regards a draft Royal Decree aimed at incorporating standards relating to the delivery of parcels to dwellings equipped with a parcel box into the postal regulation.

Following the entry into force of the Act of 21 December 2021 transposing the European Electronic Communications Code and modifying various provisions regarding electronic communications, which modifies Article 111/2 of the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications (thereafter “ECA”), the BIPT would like to gather/collect contributions/input on a draft Royal Decree determining the detailed rules for applying the reimbursement of possible remaining credit within the framework of Article 111/2, § 1, subparagraph 5, of the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications.

The proposal seeks to amend annex 2 of the Royal Decree of 18 December 2009 and the annex to the Royal Decree of 16 April 1998, pursuant to Article 13/1, § 2, of the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications.  How to reply to this document?
