    This decision concerns the tariffs of some fees (“one-time fees”) of the BROBA offer following the introduction of a “Full VP (Virtual Path)” process by Belgacom.
  • Decision of 25 July 2008 – Fine imposed on Belgacom

    Based on the regulatory framework defined by the market analysis of 11 August 2006, BIPT imposed a fine on Belgacom on 25 July 2008 for not having reflected the tariff cuts for mobile termination on the end-user. Belgacom lodged an appeal against that decision.
  • Decision of 11 June 2008 – BROBA and BRUO NTP process

    This decision aims at ensuring compliance of the “NTP process” addendum with the regulatory obligations of Belgacom. This addendum concerns the BRUO and BROBA installations, for which a difference is now made between the installations with or without the visit of a technician to the customer’s premises (“with customer visit” or “without customer visit”).

    This decision concerns the proposition of Belgacom on the “one-time fees” for ADSL2+ within the framework of the BROBA reference offer. Mobistar and KPN Belgium lodged an appeal against this decision at the same time as another decision of BIPT on the “rental fees” of ADSL2+.
