In accordance with Article 6/2, §1, of the Postal Act, postal service providers who provide or use parcel delivery services are obliged to communicate to the BIPT, every six months, a report. The decision lays down the terms for the communication of this report in accordance with Article 6/2, §2, of the Postal Act.

The internal regulations are set by the Council and not by a royal decree anymore.
