In a letter of 7 July 2023, Vice-Premier and Minister of Civil Service, Public Companies, Telecommunications and Post Petra de Sutter asked the BIPT to issue an opinion on the draft of the "Second management contract regarding the universal postal service obligations (2024-2028 period)".
This opinion examines, on the one hand, whether this draft management contract is in line with the postal legislation and, on the other, whether the process aimed at is in line with the postal legislation.
