On 7 February 2020, the Chairman of the Mobility Committee asked the BIPT for an opinion on the ‘draft Resolution on the social role of the postman’.
This opinion, issued by the BIPT by virtue of Article 14, §1, 1°, of the Act of 17 January 2003 on the status of the regulator of the Belgian postal and telecommunications sectors, includes the findings regarding this matter, resulting from previous BIPT consumer studies.
