Decision of 5 May 2026 imposing a fine on B-Connect BV for failing to respond to a request for information from the BIPT

In this decision, the Council of the BIPT imposes a € 250 fine on B-Connect BV for failing to respond to a request for information.

On 1 December 2025, by virtue of the Royal Decree of 6 September 2016 regarding the migration of fixed line services and bundles in the electronic communications sector the BIPT requested B-Connect BV to provide it with certain information by 17 December 2025.

The BIPT received no response to its request for information.
