By means of its application, Sewan seeks the annulment of the BIPT Council Decision of 4 July 2023 setting the fine imposed on Sewan for non-compliance with certain rules relating to the register of premium-rate numbers. This decision follows on from the BIPT Council Decision of 24 May 2022 and the judgment of the Market Court of 8 March 2023.
