In accordance with Article 6 of the Radio Regulations of the ITU, the administrations of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Moldova, the Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, the Slovak Republic, Switzerland and Ukraine are willing to implement common principles and rules for a safe carriage of people and goods on Inland Waterways.
They have adopted the following provisions concerning the radiocommunication service for Inland Waterways within their territory.
