With this judgement, the Court of Cassation rejects the appeal lodged by the BIPT against the judgement of the Market Court of 2 October 2019 on the BIPT Council Decision of 30 May 2016 imposing an administrative fine on Skype Communications SARL for non-compliance with Article 9, §1, of the Act of 13 June 2005.
