This consultation document with specific questions aims to hold the survey with the stakeholders, as announced in the 2026 BIPT Operational Plan.
The answers to this survey will be one of the elements that the BIPT will incorporate in its final evaluation.
The BIPT intends to submit the evaluation to the Minister in charge of telecommunications and to publish it by the end of 2026.
