While Belgacom was obliged by the decision of the CRC of 1 July 2011 to provide the “multicast” functionality to competing operators, the operator proposed an alternative solution to BIPT. This proposition was evaluated in the first decision listed on this page, while the second concerned qualitative aspects of the reference offer proposed by Belgacom.
