BIPT Council Decision of 10 August 2010 renewing the Decision of 11 August 2006 on the analysis of market 16: Call termination on each mobile network

This decision concerns an update of the cost model for the “BRUO rental fee”. This model calculates the monthly cost of the copper pair and allows to set the tariffs for the total or partial unbundling of Belgacom’s copper network (BRUO).

This decision establishes the monthly fees for the bitstream access within the framework of the Wholesale Broadband Access VDSL2 offer of Belgacom (WBA VDSL2).

This decision aims at determining the monthly fees for the Ethernet transport in the bitstream BROBA Ethernet & WBA VDSL reference offers and the migration tariffs of BROBA ATM to BROBA Ethernet.
