First, please have a look at the speed mentioned in your contract.
Mobile operators are required to mention the following information in their contracts:
- Estimated maximum upload and download speeds: these are the speeds users can expect at certain places of the territory covered, in realistic circumstances. The actual speeds may be lower than the maximum values due to environmental factors (e.g. network saturation, physical obstructions), and subscription and/or mobile device limitations.
- Advertised upload and download speeds: these are the speeds that can be achieved in realistic circumstances./user conditions.
- Download volume of the subscription.
