Brussels, 12 March 2021 - A BIPT study shows that consumers are perfectly willing to wait a few days longer for the delivery of parcels, when this means that the delivery becomes more sustainable. In addition, the study teaches us that there is room to extend the postman’s social role by offering extra services. However, for letters home delivery is an absolute necessity according to the respondents.
