This judgement of the Market Court rejects all the pleas against the decision of 27 April 2017 imposing an administrative fine on Brutélé for non-compliance with the level of detail of the invoice except for one: considering that the BIPT should have qualified the seriousness of the infringement in question as “mild” instead of “moderate” (the objectives of the violated regulation being achieved via other channels), the Court reduces the administrative fine imposed by the BIPT from €40,000 to €10,000.
