With this judgment the Market Court upholds the Decision of the BIPT Council of 4 July 2023 imposing a fine on Lycamobile for not having made a connection with the central number data base.
However, the Court reduces the amount of the fine for insufficient justification and annuls the contested decision insofar as it contains an order to connect.
