This judgement of the Court of Cassation dismisses the appeal lodged by the BIPT against the judgement of the Market Court of 19 April 2019 annulling the Decision of the BIPT Council of 20 May 2014 imposing an administrative fine on Proximus for non-compliance with the transparency obligation (WBA VDSL2 offer).
