Decision of 20 May 2014 imposing an administrative penalty upon Belgacom for non-compliance with the transparency obligation in the WBA VDSL2 reference offer

With this decision BIPT finds that Belgacom has ignored the transparency obligation imposed on it by the market analysis of 10 January 2008 regarding the broadband access market, as corrected by the renewal decision of 2 September 2009 and the CRC decision of 1 July 2011 on the analysis of broadband markets, and imposes a penalty on that company.
