Communication of 15 May 2023 on the application for a ministerial authorisation for security purposes regarding a 5G network

This communication recalls the legal obligation to obtain a ministerial authorisation for security purposes for the deployment of 5G as well as the relevant deadlines for the applicant and indicates how to submit an application to the BIPT.
