A first control operation was carried out at all mobile operators to check whether unregistered prepaid cards had been blocked correctly, and whether the identification of prepaid SIM cards had been carried out correctly in one of the ways provided for by the legal framework.
During this control operation on a sample of cards, infringements were found at four operators.
