In this draft decision, the BIPT clarifies how it interprets the regulations regarding terminal equipment in order to facilitate the free choice thereof.

In compliance with the BEREC guidelines, the BIPT determines the NTP location in this draft decision and analyses the actual ensuing consequences.

It also looks into the publication of the necessary technical specifications in order for the free choice of modem to be implemented as smoothly as possible.
