BIPT has updated its telecommunications services quality barometer

Brussels, 4 October 2017 – BIPT has updated its telecommunications services quality barometer.

Available online since end 2016, it gathers eight indicators relating to the operators’ operational service efficiency. By publishing these results, BIPT aims to improve transparency and thus allows consumers to make a more informed choice.

This also encourages operators to take measures to further improve their quality of service over time.
