The collective interest is the main concern of BIPT. Three keywords underpin its actions: independence, transparency and dialog.
The general interest requires to assess the advantages and disavantages for all interested parties:
- operators,
- the different categories of users and
- the authorities.
Besides the development of competition it should also be particularly focused on the protection of users (mainly private users) against possible market abuse.
