The candidates who have passed this exam can obtain their certificate only by mail addressed to:

The signed application form must be accompanied by:
- the original copy of the certificate of achievement for the exam, issued by the FPS Mobility and Transport
- a copy of the proof of payment of € 5,45 into BIPT’s account number 679-1707816-34
- a recent passport photograph
- a copy of the identity card
