When you report some kind of interference by e-mail, we would highly recommend you to use the following form. This form (Word document) can be sent as an "attachment" to your e-mail. If the information you sent by e-mail is inadequate to open a file, we will ask you to provide us with the lacking data. BIPT does not accept anonymous complaints, but you can always ask to treat your complaint anonymously.If your complaint comes under BIPT's competence, you will receive a written acknowledgement of receipt with your file number on it. We will inform you if your complaint is inadmissible.
