Radio communications equipment that may be used without licence in Belgium
Legal framework: Article 3 of the Royal Decree of 18 December 2009 on private radio communications and user rights for fixed networks and trunk networks.
The radio communications equipment included in Annex 2 to this Decree does not require the authorisations laid down in Article 39, § 1 of the Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications.
