The examinations to obtain the VHF certificate take place on computer in the premises of BIPT. At least one exam is organised every month.
Registration to the examination is done by telephone at the number 02 226 89 59 at least three weeks before the desired date for the examination:
Access to the examination room is only admitted on presentation of the notification sent by BIPT
The registration costs for the VHF exam amount to € 25.00.
The VHF examination consists of 20 multiple choice questions about the subject matter covered by the "preparation handbookl for the examination to obtain the radiotelephone operator’s restricted certificate”. To pass the exam one has to score 60%.
No exemptions are granted on the subject matter.
The examination matter is available in a handbook that can be downloaded freely
here. This version can be used till 28/02/2011.
On 01/03/2011 a
new version of this handbook will be used.
